Fundraising Program

Join our organized fundraising program & secure yourself a position within the organization. In completion & accomplishment of your fundraising tasks & met pace requirements, we offer you an opportunity to work as one of our trainer within the organization with a commission based payment of from R5 000 estimated monthly salary as a start up payment.

Our fundraisers operate in group & individual form. Fundraisers are governed & fully assisted by an elected trainer who is responsible to secure guidelines & assist  fundraisers in terms of security, bridges & strategizing, assuring alignment in term of operating policies, rules & regulations & keeping them within the right platform & perimeter.

Fundraising period can take up to 2 months, it includes doing community services, cleaning Schools, helping struggling community members, eg. people living with disabilities and elderly people who live alone. 
 

About trainer’s growth & other opportunities 

After successfully operating 10 groups as a trainer, one get promoted to training management level where they manage trainer’s. They can also choose any municipality they would like to work on. Within every employment level promotion is always guaranteed.

Access Skills Fundraising Program

The Access Skills Fundraising Program is an initiative of Sizabantu Organization, dedicated to empowering individuals and transforming society. This program aims to make education and skill development more accessible and affordable for underprivileged individuals.

What it does:

The Access Skills Fundraising Program supports individuals who cannot afford to study by providing discounted tuition rates (15%-50% off original prices) at various institutions. This program helps bridge the financial gap, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder skill development.

How it works:

- We partner with schools to reduce course prices

- We provide students with the necessary tools and training to fundraise effectively and safely

- We offer physical fundraising support, such as laundry, washing dishes, cleaning gardens, and more

What do we offer:

- Fundraising tools and documents (e.g., fundraising manual, proposal template, donor engagement materials)

- Physical fundraising equipment (e.g., grass cutter machines, safety boots, cleaning supplies)
